Taizhou Pacific Fire Equipment Co., Ltd. has produced fire hose and fire fighting equipment in Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province since 1980. As a Fire Hose manufacturer in China, we build lined hose from 25 mm to 100 mm nominal bore in the 8, 10, 13 and 16 pressure classes, cut to 20 m, 25 m or 30 m coils, and assemble it with couplings, guns, reels and hydrant boxes before shipment.
Our hose serves residential, commercial, industrial, educational and medical buildings, and also agricultural and industrial washdown duty where a durable water curtain hose is required. The catalogue holds 50 hose items across four families that share one pressure-class table, one coupling interface and one lining system, so a project can mix attack lines with specialty hose without changing storage, maintenance or spares routines.
Fire Hose Range: Four Families, One Interface
Double-Sided Adhesive Fire Hose
Coated on both faces, this is the workhorse of the line for hydrant cabinets and reels, where the hose drags over concrete, cabinet edges and stair nosings. The Double-Sided Adhesive Fire Hose family is our largest group, including lightweight 20-65-20 and 13-50 / 13-65 constructions.
Luminous Fire Hose
Luminous and reflective yarn versions stay visible in smoke-filled corridors, tunnels, stairwells and on marine decks where lighting fails. Our Luminous Fire Hose items cover 25-40 reflective yarn and 30-25-30, 30-40-30 and 50-25 builds.
Colored Fire Hose
Red, green, orange and purple jackets let a facility code hose by floor, hydrant zone, brigade or function, which simplifies inspection rounds and re-ordering. Colored Fire Hose is produced in the same pressure classes and bores as the standard line.
Water Curtain Fire Hose
Built for spray, curtain and agricultural water-conveyance duty, supplied as 8-65-25 and 10-65-25 configurations, and used where a wider protective water screen or irrigation feed is required.

Construction, Lining and Coating
Each fire hose is built from three parts: a braided jacket in plain or twill weave, a lining, and an outer covering. Lining and cover materials are rubber-plastic, rubber or polyurethane, with the 13 class and above mainly polyurethane. PVC-lined and EPDM-lined constructions are both produced, and the lining is matched to water quality, foam concentrate and site conditions.
- Jacket: plain or twill weave braid sized to the pressure class and nominal bore.
- Lining: PVC, EPDM, rubber or rubber-plastic, chosen for adhesion, pressure retention and medium compatibility.
- Coating: smooth, low flow resistance, high strength and light weight, built for high pressure, acid and alkali exposure and elevated temperature.
- Colour and length: red, green, orange, purple and further colours; 20 m, 25 m or 30 m coils, colour and length customised to order.
Couplings, Guns, Reels and Installation Interface
Hose is supplied loose or tied to the coupling in our plant, which removes field crimping and delivers a tested assembly. Coupling interfaces cover internal button (KD), tube tooth (KY), internal thread fixed (KN), external thread fixed (KW) and reducing (KJ) types, in nominal diameters from 25 mm to 150 mm at 1.6 MPa nominal pressure for water, foam and foam-water mixtures.
- Coupling type, thread standard, nominal diameter and material are confirmed before the hose is tied.
- Small-bore reel hose is rated 0.8 MPa at 19 mm inner diameter (JPS 0.8-19).
- Fire guns and nozzles are matched to the bore and working pressure of the line.
- Hose, reel, gun and hydrant box can be supplied as one coordinated indoor cabinet set.
Quality Control and Acceptance
Inspection follows every production process, and finished hose passes a 100% final inspection before packing. Our own laboratory and test equipment support the checks run against the pressure class table, so pressure behaviour, bore, length, coating and coupling fit are confirmed against the agreed specification rather than the model number alone.
- Dimensional check: nominal bore, coil length and coupling seat.
- Pressure check: proof hold and burst verification against the class rating.
- Visual check: coating continuity, jacket faults, colour and marking.
- Assembly check: coupling fit, gasket presence, reel and gun matching.
- Records: inspection results and production qualification documents accompany the order.
Information We Use to Configure Your Solution
- Application: indoor hydrant cabinet, reel line, outdoor hydrant, industrial washdown, agriculture or water-curtain duty.
- Pressure class and required working and burst pressure.
- Nominal bore and coil length, including non-standard models.
- Lining material - PVC, EPDM, rubber, rubber-plastic or polyurethane - and hose family.
- External colour plus any printed marking, brand or size identification.
- Coupling type, thread standard, end connection and whether the hose is tied at our factory.
- Working medium: water, foam or mixture, and expected water quality.
- Quantities per size, packing preference, destination port and delivery schedule.
- Documentation, inspection records and label language.
With these points we return a configuration and quotation that names the model, pressure class, bore, length, lining, coupling and packing. Working-day enquiries are answered within 12 hours.
OEM/ODM, Documentation and Delivery
Our R&D and production teams develop hose from customer drawings or samples, covering private-label colour and marking, non-standard lengths and coupled assemblies. Hose is produced under our "Pacific" and "Huatai" brands and can also be supplied under OEM/ODM arrangements.
Coiled hose is packed to the agreed method and shipped by sea, with air freight when a project schedule is tight. Inspection records, packing list and shipping documents are issued against the confirmed order list.
Maintenance and Spare Parts
- Drain and air-dry hose after use, then roll it flat without kinks or sharp folds.
- Store coils off the floor, away from sunlight, oils, acids and solvents.
- Inspect couplings, gaskets and the jacket at each quarterly check; replace damaged gaskets early.
- Return hose for re-coupling or re-testing where site rules require scheduled pressure verification.
- Spare couplings, gaskets, nozzles, guns and reels are supplied with the original hose order.
Frequently Asked Questions
What sizes and pressure classes can you manufacture?
8, 10, 13 and 16 pressure classes, nominal inner diameters from 25 mm to 100 mm, and coils of 20 m, 25 m or 30 m. Working pressures run from 0.8 MPa to 1.6 MPa with burst ratings at three times the working pressure.
Can the hose be delivered already assembled with couplings?
Yes. We tie the hose to the fire protection interface at our factory. Coupling type (KD, KY, KN, KW or KJ), thread standard and nominal diameter are confirmed with the order so the assembly arrives ready to install.
Which lining options do you supply?
PVC-lined and EPDM-lined hose, plus rubber, rubber-plastic and polyurethane lined constructions, with the 13 class and above mainly polyurethane. The choice follows the working medium, foam concentrate and site conditions.
How is quality confirmed before shipment?
Inspection is carried out after each production process and finished hose is inspected 100% before packing. Pressure, dimensional, coating and assembly checks are run in our laboratory and test area, and records are issued with the order.
Can you produce coloured, luminous or private-label hose?
We develop products from customer drawings or samples. Red, green, orange, purple and other colours, luminous and reflective yarn versions, custom lengths and brand marking are all part of the standard customisation scope.
How are orders packed and shipped?
Hose is coiled and packed to the agreed method. Shipments go by sea, and by air when a project needs faster delivery, with packing list and shipping documents issued against the confirmed order.
