The water curtain hose range we supply is used in agricultural water curtain systems, industrial cooling and dust control, and fire-protection water curtain installations.
Our two current production models are the 10-65-25 and the 8-65-25. Both are 65 mm nominal-bore, 25 m lay-flat hoses built on our Type 10 and Type 8 lined hose platforms. They are supplied as bare hose or with fire couplings tied at the factory, and length, color and end fittings can be adjusted for the project.
In our model naming, the first number is the hose pressure class, the middle number is the nominal inner diameter and the last number is the standard length. This is how we position the two water curtain hoses:

Our water curtain hose uses the same lined construction as our standard fire hoses: a braided reinforcing layer, a smooth lining and an outer covering produced from rubber-plastic or polyurethane materials depending on the pressure class. The hose is built to resist working pressure, acid and alkali exposure and high ambient temperature while keeping a smooth coating for low flow resistance, high strength and light weight.
The smooth inner surface reduces friction loss over long runs, which matters when a water curtain line is fed from a remote pump or has multiple discharge points. The lay-flat body stores compactly and can be rolled or reeled after draining.
Alongside water curtain hose, our hose programme includes Double-Sided Adhesive Fire Hose for temporary installation and Colored Fire Hose when visibility or site coding is required. All are covered by the same manufacturing, inspection and testing process.
We supply water curtain hose as a component or as part of a wider fire-fighting equipment package.
